Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 15 March 2021 in relation to the Proposed ESOS (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the listing application to Bursa Securities in respect of the listing of and quotation for such number of new Shares representing up to 30% of the total number of issued shares of Hiap Huat (excluding treasury shares) to be issued under the Proposed ESOS on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities has been submitted today.
