Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 May 2021, 28 May 2021 and 9 June 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 10 June 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 66,660,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:
(i) Hiap Huat and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
(ii) Hiap Huat and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
(iii) Hiap Huat to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
