Pursuant to Rule 9.03 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HHH wishes to announce that KL Bunkering (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("KLB"), a 60% owned subsidiary, had on 21 June 2024 entered into a Collaboration Agreement ("CA") with Qastalani Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 199501029437 [0358643-K]), a leading player in the Malaysian bitumen market ("Qastalani").

Under the CA, Qastalani will construct two (2) units of bitumen storage tanks, each with a capacity of 7,625 cubic meters, within KLB's existing liquid bulk terminal at West Port, Klang. The construction will take place on the subleased land by KLB located at Lot 104434, Mukim Klang, measuring approximately 7.4 acres ("Demised Area"). Upon completion, these storage tanks will be transferred to KLB for operation on behalf of Qastalani for a period of 46 years, commencing from the date of this CA. The initial phase will utilize approximately 39% of the terminal's capacity, with an option to expand up to 37,800 cubic meters ("Collaboration").
