The Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income should be read in conjunction with the Proforma Consolidated Financial Information for the six (6) months period ended 30 June 2012 and the Accountant’s Report for the FYE 31 December 2011 as disclosed in the Prospectus of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad ("Company") dated 5 November 2012 and the accompanying explanatory notes attached to this interim financial statements.
