The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad (“HHH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek for the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Share Buy-back Authority for the Purchase of its Own Ordinary Shares (“Proposed Share Buy-back Authority”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
