Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 August 2017.

The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad (“HHH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the process to strike-off the name of Hiap Huat Loyalty Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“HHLS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia under Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”) has completed and HHLS has been duly dissolved under the Act.
