The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad (“HHH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek for the shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened:

i) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority for the Purchase of Its Own Ordinary Shares; and 

ii) Proposed Alteration of Existing Memorandum and Articles of Association in Its Entirety and Substituting with a New Constitution of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
