The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad ("HHH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal Share Buy-Back Authority for the Purchase of Its Own Ordinary Shares (“Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority”) at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the above mentioned proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
