On behalf of the Board of Directors of Hiap Huat, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish an employee share option scheme of up to 30% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares) at any point in time for the eligible directors and employees of Hiap Huat and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries) (“Proposed ESOS”).
